07/2000 – 12/2001 :
Practice Manager, Nordic – Siebel Systems
Until I commenced my job at Siebel Systems all Siebel projects in Scandinavia was sold and managed by my colleagues from the UK. My first priority was therefore to build up Professional Services in each of the Nordic countries. This included selling new projects, building new relations to our Implementation Partners and to hire the best Professionals available.

02/1983 – 04/1986 :
Self employed within chocolate manufacturing and retail
While I studied for my master degree I and a colleague of mine acquired a small chocolate manufacturer and retail outlet. The production was well known as the best chocolate on the Danish Market and this image was used to further develop the company. The company was sold to an employee when we received our degree and decided that working with finance was more in line with our long term goals.

09/1990 – 03/1993 :
Commander Consulting Ltd. – Danish agent of Comshare Ltd.,
Director – responsible for all large accounts
Comshare Ltd. was at that time World’s leading provider of Executive Information Systems and is still a key player in the Data Warehousing market.
I was one of two founders of Commander Ltd. in Denmark and was responsible for building the company and together with vendors of similar systems we developed the Danish market for Management Information Systems. At that time this market was very in-mature. Commander Ltd. was established as the Danish subsidiary of a big Swedish consulting firm.
